    88年至今，一直是第二炮兵部队武器专用制冷器定点生产企业。

    92年，和宝山区技术推广中心联合成立上海利浦电子陶瓷厂，把制冷技术普及到民用行业。

    90年代初，和中国人民解放军总后勤部物资油料部联手开发多种油品分析仪器并一直成为其仪器供应定点。

    2001年先后成为国家物资储备管理局和中国人民武装警察部队物油部友好供应伙伴 。

    Shanghai Pengpu Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (previous Shanghai Pengpu General Refrigerator Factory) was established in 1987, and reformed system into shareholding system limited company in 2001. It is one of the most influential and earliest corporations with the largest scale in petroleum products analytical instruments manufacture industry of the People's Republic of China, also, it is the appointed military-used refrigeration producer.

    Shanghai Pengpu Refrigeration Co., Ltd. has attracted a lot of attention for its large manufacture scale, stable and reliable quality, complete and rapid service in the petroleum, chemical, and spaceflight industry. Our corporation has been the analytical instruments resources market member of Sinopec (China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation) and the supply member of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), which is also the earliest supply member with the largest supply amount of these two big corporations.     In the 20 years since the foundation of Shanghai Pengpu Refrigeration Co., Ltd., we have been committed to developing and applying the petroleum products analytical instruments and testing instruments for rubber and plastic.     Since 1988, we have been the appointed military-used refrigeration producer of PLA The Second Artillery Forces.

    At the beginning of the 1990s, we developed several kinds of petroleum products analytical instruments jointly with the oil department of CPLA General Logistics Department goods and materials, and have been its fixed supplier till now.

    In 1992, our company and Baoshan District Technology Spread Center established together the Shanghai Lipu Electronic Ceramics Factory, which popularized the refrigeration technology.

    Since 2001, we've been the supply partner of the National Goods & Materials Storage Administration and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force Goods & Materials Oil Department.
